Thank you for registering your athlete with our association! We're excited for another fun and active season.

Important Registration Update:

Your registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.  Waitlist priority is based on the time of registration, provided payment is received before the registration close date. If payment is not received by the registration close date, they could be placed on the waitlist.  We will notify you in the first week of March if your athlete has been placed on a waitlist for their team.

Commonly Asked Questions:

1. What days will my child be scheduled to play?

We aim to follow a similar schedule as last year:

•  Softball & 9U - Tuesdays & Thursdays
•  Baseball - Mondays & Wednesdays
•  Rally Caps (5U & 7U) - Flexible; teams can choose a day, but games/practices should be before 6:00 PM.

These days are subject to change if needed. We scheduled 9U with softball last season so that we had three teams per night across our three diamonds, and we will do the same again if needed.

2. What times are practices and games?

• Games in all three leagues start at 6:30 PM on weekdays (specific nights vary by league).
• Practices are typically at 6:30 PM, except one team last season that opted for 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Teams may adjust their practice schedules.

3. What kind of travel is involved?

•  Rally Caps (5U & 7U) - Mostly in Bashaw, with some exhibition games set up by managers in the second half of the season.
•  9U - Travel mostly to Camrose and surrounding areas (e.g., Bawlf).
• Older Baseball & Softball Teams - Travel includes Ponoka, Clive, Lacombe, Stettler, Rimbey, and other central/north-central locations.

4. What equipment is required?

We provide jerseys, and helmets are available (although we do recommend your own) to be returned at the end of the season. Bats are available and managed by the team’s coach and manager (most of the older players have their own).

Players will need to provide their own:

• Protective Equipment (jock/jill)
• Socks
• Hats
• Gloves
• Pants

Additional Notes:

• All leagues play on weeknights. Some teams may choose to enter weekend tournaments.
• Baseball leagues end with a playoff tournament in late June  

Season Start:

• Practice start dates vary by team (set by coaches/managers).
• All leagues begin games in the first week of May.
